CAT magnetic stirrers are made with quality and robustness in mind. All our hotplates have heating coils embedded in stainless steel tubing for ultimate safety and the motors employ electronic feed-back speed control. These magnetic stirrers all have powerfull magnets for maximum performance even with viscous media. A soft-start feature is fitted to most units, preventing stir bar de-coupling and splashing. All model magnetic stirrers feature an acid resistant epoxy-finished chassis, with grade 304 stainless steel cover. The M15, M16, M17 and M26 magnetic stirrers are TUV/GS approved and comply with IEC-1010.
