April Dartmoor pub ride

We were lucky with the weather which was dry and warm for the Spring Dartmoor pub ride by horse from Babeny
We hope more will join in in September.

May coastline ramble

14 People with 4 dogs, braved the elements to enjoy the spectacular scenery around this headland near East Prawle.
The day started with low visibility & torrential rain, but cleared very early to give a truly fabulous day out.
The headland was almost at its best with flora & fauna, & East Prawle treated us with open hospitality at its annual summer fete.

Saturday 31st May Golf day at Dainton

Following the storms of Friday it was a huge relief that the sun shone brightly for the Ogwell tennis club golf tournament.
24 players took part in an individual Stableford. Toby Strick is a worthy champion with 37 points. Second came Tony Harrison with 36 points.
Our lady winners were Lynn Senior 28 points and Glynn Harrison with 26 points.Nearest the pin was Allen Joint.
Partners and tennis players joined us at Dainton for a delicious and very reasonable carvery supper.
It was a very successful day, enjoyed by all
