We are Bennett Scientific Ltd (“Bennett Scientific”, “we” or “us”). This Policy applies to websites operated by us including http://www.bennett-scientific.com.

We are the controller of the personal information collected. We promise to give you the right to access and delete your data, and to provide you with ways to manage and review your marketing choices as well as any other information (such as for example newsletters) you get from us. Note we do not use cookies or collect any data automatically through our website – Any data provided by yourself will only be taken from emails and telephone conversations. Data from third parties we work with: We may receive data about you from third parties or partners, such as our manufacturers.

7. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

We use the information we collect from you to facilitate sales and delivery.
We will not use your data for any other purpose than the purpose for which the data is originally collected.

To operate our business and provide quality sales and technical support service we use your data as follows:
• To respond to sales enquires
• To facilitate product recall or technical updates
• To facilitate repairs
• For invoice and accounting purposes.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Special information about marketing: We use your data to inform you about relevant products and offers, e.g. provide you with targeted marketing. The data we collect in such cases contain information that you wilfully provide us with, the data we collect when you use our Services or from third parties we work with. 8. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

To be able to provide you with the best possible service , we may share your data with other companies and organisations. We will only do so if our partners can provide the same level of security to keep your data safe as implemented by us and if our partners can ensure that they comply with applicable laws and privacy regulations. • Our chosen carriers (for example FEDEX, Royal Mail, UPS)

9. CAN CHILDREN USE OUR SERVICES?

Our products are not designed for children. Although we do not ask for age we assume all contacts are made by adults, and if contacted by children under 16 years old it is their responsibility to confirm their age to us. We strongly recommend parents or guardians to instruct their children to not disclose any data when online.

If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data.

10. HOW DO WE USE COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We do not use cookies (apart from the edible ones) or so-called pixel tags to collect information about visitors on our website. Pixel tags are invisible tags placed on certain pages of our websites, but unlike cookies, not saved on your computer. A pixel tag triggers a cookie when you visit a website. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from the website to your web browser and may be stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow us to recognize your computer while you are on the website and help customize your online experience and make it more convenient for you. 13. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will keep your information business purposes only for as long as necessary.
We will also keep it for longer if we cannot delete it for legal or regulatory reasons.
We will also delete data upon request.

14. ACCESSING, CHANGING AND UPDATING YOUR DATA

When you use our Services, we strive to provide you with ways to quickly update or delete data that you have actively provided. This includes the right to be informed on request how data about you is being processed, what data about you is being processed, and the purpose of the processing. Furthermore, you have the right to ask us to rectify or add data if personal information is inaccurate or incomplete. As soon as we become aware of any inaccurate personal information being processed, we will always rectify your data without undue delay and notify you accordingly.

Please note however, that we must still process some personal information about you to provide the Services to you. This means that you cannot object to all our use of personal information and still require us to provide Services to you. You may unsubscribe to newsletters you have previously opted-in to, by following the instructions in the newsletter you receive (please see further information below).

16. RIGHT TO ERASURE

You are entitled to request that we erase data related to you. We will erase your data upon request provided that it is no longer necessary for the purpose (for example you cannot require all personal information about you to be erased and still receive Services from us) or we have a legal obligation to store information such as product sales.

17. RIGHT TO RESTRICTION

You are entitled to require us to restrict our processing of your personal information if you contest the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you do still not want us to erase the data, if the data is no longer needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for or you have informed us that you do not consider us to have a legitimate interest for certain processing.

You can access a copy of your data by email request from office@bennett-scientific.com.
If you request access to personal information about you that you yourself have provided and (i) if the personal information is being processed automatically and (ii) in accordance with a contract between you and Bennett Scientific or based on your consent, you may request that the data is provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you may also request that the personal information is transmitted to another controller, if this is technically feasible.

19. HOW TO ENFORCE YOUR RIGHTS

You can contact our Support department at office@bennett-scientific.com any time to get a list of all the data we have collected from you or to get such data deleted or invoke your other rights as explained above. We will do our bests to answer your request in a timely manner but please note that it may take a couple of days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note that if we cannot identify and guarantee who you are, we might ask you to provide us with additional information.
Please note that we will not delete any data if we are unable to verify that you are their rightful owner. We will however always use our best effort to help you out.
20. HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT OR CLOSE DOWN YOUR ACCOUNT

You can contact our Support department at office@bennett-scientific.com any time to ask for an account be closed or data to be erased. Note although we may close an account to further sales immediately, information concerning previous sales and personal data regarding who was invoiced, payments made and delivery address will be kept for 6 years as legally required. You can unsubscribe to newsletters at any times by following the instructions in the newsletter you receive. Our newsletters contain mechanisms which allow you to opt-out from receiving further newsletters from us.

21. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy may change from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page and on our website (http://www.bennett-scientific.com/).
